"Robert did a fantastic job on our carpets. Due to family situations, we hadn't had the carpets cleaned in the rooms and hallway downstairs and stairway for over 4 years and the rooms upstairs for over 7 years. I was rather embarrassed to admit this. He was able to get the carpets all cleaned. In fact, the carpet on the stairway looks like new. It hasn't ever looked that good since we had it installed.
